Intimate Partner Violence Prevention
Violence Against Women (domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking)
Violence against women and girls is a significant problem in Native American and Alaska Native (AI/N) communities. Though national annual and lifetime rates for physical assaults are higher for AI/AN women compared to other women, they are also more likely to be hurt by people close to them than by strangers. Violence and abuse can cause physical and emotional pain. But you are not alone and you can get help.
