Measure Development Plan and Measures Inventory Tool

The CMS Quality Measure Development Plan (MDP) Exit Disclaimer: You Are Leaving www.ihs.gov  is a framework for developing quality measures that identifies known measurement and performance gaps and makes recommendations to close those gaps. The MDP annual report tracks progress made toward implementing both the development plan and clinician quality measures that support the Quality Payment Program.
