Resolving ISSA Compliance Issues
If you have received a notice to complete ISSA training that you believe is in error, please follow these steps to try to resolve it:
- Contact your supervisor and verify that they have filled out the ISSA Email field in your SailPoint profile (which is a separate field from the regular Email field in your profile) with the email that is on your ISSA completion certificate.
- If you have recently updated your Web Login email with your official IHS email address, after originally taking training with a personal email before on-boarding, that can sometimes cause the systems to lose sync. Verify with your supervisor that the emails still match in SailPoint.
- If the emails do match, but SailPoint still doesn't show that you have completed training, send an email to the IHS Security Awareness Training team and they can look into the situation and try to resolve it.
