Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program of the Federal Occupational Health (FOH4You) is a voluntary and confidential employee benefit available to IHS employees at no cost. FOH4You provides valuable information, educational materials, resources, and self-assessments on key behavioral health topics, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, alcohol abuse, and health and wellness.

In addition to the Employee Assistance Program, FOH4You offers a host of other services for employees including advice on childcare, elder care, financial and legal services and employee wellness.
