Data Access Questions
A: 
  If you are having trouble accessing NPIRS data marts, contact the NPIRS Helpdesk at NPIRSHD@ihs.gov
  If you are having trouble logging on to the IHS intranet, contact the OIT Helpdesk at itsupport@ihs.gov 
  
  
Report Questions
A: To view the reports in the Export Tracking Mart, you only need to  be able to access the IHS intranet.
 
  To view the reports in the Data Quality or Userpop/Workload  Marts, you must also have a user ID and a password and have appropriate  permission. (see “Retrieving Data” for more information on permissions). 
  
  
 
A: If you are able to view the report online, see the instructions for printing and exporting reports in the Userpop/Workload Mart User’s Guide. These instructions are valid for reports in the Data Quality and Export Tracking Marts as well.
A: NPIRS would first verify that you have been granted permission by the appropriate office to see the data (see “Retrieving Data ” for more information on permissions).
 
  The method of delivery depends on the report’s size and sensitivity. A small report that does not contain any personally identifiable information (PII) can be emailed. Other reports must be sent via CD.
