Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians - Joint Venture

I signed the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians Joint Venture Construction Agreement with Chief Phyliss Anderson recently. The Joint Venture Construction Program is a partnership in which the Tribe agrees to fund and construct a health facility and the Indian Health Service requests new/additional staffing funding from Congress.
