This includes $2.6 million for tribes, tribal organizations, and urban Indian organizations to support the development of comprehensive and sustainable approaches to addressing Alzheimer’s disease and other causes of dementia, focusing on awareness, recognition, diagnosis, assessment, management, and support for caregivers. Eligible tribes, tribal organizations, and urban Indian organizations can apply by July 18.
On May 17 at 1:00 pm EDT, IHS will host a webinar to provide more information on the components and requirements for completing a successful Alzheimer’s grant application. Register in advance.
