Indian Tax Exemption

American Indian and Alaska Natives who are members of federally recognized tribes and Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act Corporation shareholders can apply for health care coverage in Medicaid, Children’s Health Insurance Program or the Marketplace any time of the year.
