IHS and the Buy Indian Act

The Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Service, is finalizing policy and procedures guiding implementation in support of the Buy Indian Act of 1910, which provides Indian Health Service with authority to set-aside federal procurement contracts for Indian-owned and controlled businesses.
