IHS Launches ICD-10

On October 1, 2015, IHS, tribal and urban programs will begin using the ICD-10 medical codes. The International Classification of Diseases, 10th revision (or ICD-10) is an updated set of codes for reporting medical diagnoses and inpatient procedures. This change will provide better and more detailed information about patient health care. Learn more at:
