Domestic Violence Awareness Month
Domestic violence and abuse can happen to anyone, yet the problem is often overlooked, excused, or denied. Forty-five percent of American Indian/Alaska Native women have experienced intimate partner violence, and one in seven Native men are victims of intimate partner violence. Engaging in a strong, healthy relationship is key to building trust and mutual safety with partners. Please share these resources:
