Healthcare Facilities
Health care services in the Nashville Area are available to eligible beneficiaries through four Federal Direct Care Service programs, twenty-six Tribally-Administered programs, and three Urban Indian Health programs. General information regarding eligibility for services at a Federal Direct Care Service facility can be found in the Indian Health Manual. Tribally Administered and Urban Indian Health programs operate largely independent of the Indian Health Service and may have different eligibility requirements. Persons interested in accessing services at locations other than a Federal Direct Care Service facility should contact the program directly for more information.
