Seven Fellows completed the program from January 2023 to June 2024.
Fellows planned and conducted one of three types of projects aligned with the public health approach to injury and violence prevention

All Fellows developed a project report and presented their projects at the Fellowship Symposium.
Fellows participated in seventeen distance-based and three in-person sessions held during four phases of the Fellowship:
- Distance A Session (January – April 2023) n=8 sessions
- In-Person Session 1 – CDC (May 16-19, 2023; Atlanta, GA)
- Distance B Session (July 2023 – October 2023) n=4 sessions
- In-Person Session 2 – Field Course (October 23-26, 2023; IHS Bemidji Area, MN)
- Distance C Session (November 2023 – January 2024) n=2 sessions
- Distance D Session (February – May 2024) n=3 sessions
- In-Person Session 3 – Symposium (May 21-22, 2024; Rockville, MD)
-Held in-person at IHS Headquarters
-One fellow who was unable to attend in-person, pre-recorded their presentation aired during the Symposium
