Special Diabetes Program for Indians (SDPI) 2024 Grantee Conference

Description

The IHS Division of Diabetes Treatment and Prevention is hosting the Special Diabetes Program for Indians (SDPI) Grantee Conference in Albuquerque, New Mexico on August 14-16, 2024. This conference will offer 310 SDPI programs the opportunity to network, learn, and build on the expertise of Indian health professionals and partners across the United States. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to earn continuing education credits (CE/CME), learn about diabetes-related issues in American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) people, identify and share best practices, and collaborate on issues related to improving health outcomes.
