Transmittal Notice 22-17
BACKGROUND:
The purpose of this Transmittal Notice (TN) is to transmit a copy of the revised Part 11, Chapter 6, “Prevention of Workplace Harassment,” Indian Health Manual (IHM). This chapter is revised in its entirety. The purpose of this chapter is to create and maintain a work environment in which all people are treated with dignity, fairness and respect, and are free from harassment (including sexual harassment) and inappropriate conduct.

The new Part 11, Chapter 6, “Prevention of Workplace Harassment,” IHM.
MATERIAL SUPERSEDED:
Part 1, Chapter 16, “Prevention of Workplace Harassment,” IHM, dated April 6, 2017.
MANUAL MAINTENANCE:
Remove Part 1, Chapter 16, “Prevention of Workplace Harassment,” IHM, dated April 6, 2017, and discard. Insert the newly established attached copy of Part 11, Chapter 6, “Prevention of Workplace Harassment,” IHM, including the chapter Table of Contents, in its new place.
Log and file this TN in sequential order.
