BACKGROUND:
The purpose of this Transmittal Notice (TN) is to transmit a copy of the revised Part 5, Chapter 5, Section 15, "Unauthorized Commitments," Indian Health Manual (IHM). The purpose of this revised section of Part 5, Chapter 5 is to establish updated reporting requirements and standardize the process IHS-wide.
