BACKGROUND
The purpose of this Transmittal Notice (TN) is to forward a copy of the revised Delegation of Authority (DOA), Personnel #58, "Appointment to Position of Deputy Ethics Counselor."
This DOA is being reissued to reflect the change in the designation of the IHS Deputy Ethics Counselor by the Department of Health and Human Services, Associate General Counsel for Ethics, Designated Agency Ethics Official, Elizabeth J. Fischmann, on December 9, 2016.
