Transmittal Notice 17-17

BACKGROUND

The purpose of this Transmittal Notice (TN) is to forward a copy of the revised Delegation of Authority (DOA), Program #10, "Program Delegation of Authority."

This DOA is being reissued to reflect the changes in the titles of key personnel.  The position of Deputy Director for Indian Health Policy no longer exists, and the titles of other key positions have been added or changed.

MATERIAL TRANSMITTED

The revised DOA, Program #10, "Program Delegation of Authority."

MATERIAL SUPERSEDED

DOA, Program #10, "Program Delegation of Authority," dated May 25, 2006.

MANUAL MAINTENANCE

Remove and discard the current copies of DOA, Program #10, dated May 25, 2006, from your manual system binders.  Insert the attached copy of the revised DOA, Program #10, in its place.

Log and file this Transmittal Notice in sequential order.
