BACKGROUND
The purpose of this Transmittal Notice (TN) is to transmit a copy of the revised Part 1, Chapter 14, "Reasonable Accommodation," Indian Health Manual (IHM). This chapter revises and updates the policy and procedures to follow when responding to a request by an employee or applicant for reasonable accommodation (RA) due to a disabling medical condition.
