BACKGROUND

The purpose of this Transmittal Notice (TN) is to transmit a copy of the new Part 3, Chapter 32, "State Prescription Drug Monitoring Programs," Indian Health Manual (IHM).  The purpose of this new chapter is to establish and define participation of the Indian Health Service in the State Prescription Drug Monitoring Programs.
