BACKGROUND
The purpose of this Transmittal Notice (TN) is to forward a copy of the revised Delegation of Authority (DOA), Personnel #46, "Authority to Approve Physician and Dentist Pay." This DOA is being reissued to reflect the changes in the restriction amount, the Secretary, HHS, retains. The authority to approve requests for physician and dentist pay when the proposed total compensation exceeds $250,000.00 has been raised to $275,000.00.

MANUAL MAINTENANCE
Remove and discard the current copies of the DOA, Personnel #46, dated July 19, 2006, from your manual system binders. Insert the attached copy of the revised DOA, Personnel #46, TN 2015-07, in its place.
Log and file this TN in sequential order.
