BACKGROUND
This Transmittal Notice (TN) is a revised version of TN No. 2011-05, dated August 14, 2011. This TN corrects the omission of the Indian Health Service (IHS) Circular No. 2003-03, "Journal Vouchers," dated September 12, 2003, from the TN No. 2011-05 Supersedure section. The circular was superseded when TN No. 2011-05 was signed, but it was not listed in the Supersedure section.

Log and file this TN in sequential order.
