BACKGROUND:
The purpose of this Transmittal Notice (TN) is to forward a copy of the revised Delegation of Authority (DOA), Administrative #37, ?Concerning Easements, Revocable Licenses, Rights of Entry, and Use Permits.? This DOA is being reissued to reflect the changes resulting from previous Indian Health Service reorganizations.
