BACKGROUND:
The purpose of this Transmittal Notice (TN) is to forward a copy of the revised Delegation of Authority (DOA), Commissioned Corps #4, ?Approving Annual and Sick Leave Requests for PHS Commissioned Corps Officers.? This DOA is being reissued to reflect the changes resulting from the 2004 Indian Health Service Headquarters reorganization.
