BACKGROUND:
The purpose of this Transmittal Notice (TN) is to forward a copy of the revised Delegation of Authority (DOA), Commissioned Corps #1, "Collection of Public Health Service Commissioned Officer Indebtedness." This DOA is being reissued to reflect the changes incurred by the 2004 Indian Health Service (IHS) Headquarters reorganization.

Insert the attached copy of the revised DOA, Commissioned Corps #1, ?Collection of Public Health Service Commissioned Officer Indebtedness," TN 2006-16, in its place.
Log and file this TN in sequential order.
