BACKGROUND
This transmittal forwards the revised page 16, Part 5, Chapter 8, Indian Health Manual (IHM). The ?Payment Within Vicinity of the Official Duty Station,? paragraph (Section 5-8.5B(2)) has been revised to reflect the change in the minimum-mileage distance for entitlement to per diem within the State of Oklahoma from a 75-mile radius to a 50-mile radius.
