BACKGROUND
This transmittal forwards the attached Delegation of Authority to Grant Exemptions to Executive Order 12845 Requiring Agencies to Purchase Energy-Efficient Computers. This authority was delegated to the Director, Indian Health Service, by the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Health Management Operations on January 12, 1994, with authority to redelegate.
