BACKGROUND
This transmittal forwards a revised page 5 and 6 of Part 2, Chapter 1 listing terminated tribes.
P.L. 95-281 effective May 15, 1978, reinstated the Modoc, Ottawa and Peoria Tribes of Oklahoma. The Robinson Rancheria was restored on March 22, 1977, by court action.
