BACKGROUND
This transmittal forwards revised exhibit 1-3.3(1), P.L. 83-568, the Indian Health Transfer Act.
P.L. 93-222, the Health Maintenance Organization Act of 1973, amended sec. 1 of P.L. 83-568 and inserted "(a)" after "That" and added at the end thereof a new subsection "(b)".
Sec. 6 was amended by P.L. 86-121, 7/31/59, and a new section 7 added.
