BACKGROUND
This transmittal forwards revised page 3 of Section 1-4.4 of the Indian Health Manual covering Indian Health field facilities. It brings up to date the listing of the major field facilities and forwards the organization and functional chart for the Aberdeen Area Office. Other Area Office charts will be published as a part of this chapter as they are received and approved by the Chief, Division of Indian Health.
