BACKGROUND
This transmittal notice amends the Dental Chapter, Part 3, Chapter 2 of the Indian Health Manual. It provides for deleting material pertaining to preventive service unit teams which are no longer in existence. It also eliminates the Dental Station Information and Equipment Report which is no longer required by headquarters and requests submission of an incumbency report.

MANUAL MAINTENANCE
Remove and destroy pages 21 and 22 (TN 22) and Table of Contents (TN 15) and substitute the attached revised pages.
PEN AND INK CHANGE
Delete section 3-2.4D, Preventive Services Unit Staff. (Necessary changes have been made in the attached revised Table of Contents.
