BACKGROUND
This issuance changes the Dental Chapter, Part 3, Chapter 2, of the Indian Health Manual. The change provides for combining the Dental Station and Equipment Report and the Report to Personnel Changes and revises the submission date from May and August to one week after receipt of the annual allocation letter for the fiscal year.
