Notice to Rescind IHM Circular 63-04, Staff Papers

This notice rescinds Indian Health Service (IHS), Indian Health Manual (IHM), Circular No. 63-04, “Staff Paper,” dated July 28, 1964.  The IHS Headquarters Circular No. 63-04 was written in 1963 to provide guidance for the development and preparation of Staff Papers within the Division of Indian Health.  This Headquarters circular is not relevant because the IHS is no longer using the “Staff Paper” documentation as described in the circular

Please discard your copies and any file copies of IHS Circular No. 63-04, “Staff Paper,” at your earliest convenience.
