This notice rescinds Indian Health Service (IHS) Delegation of Authority (DOA), Administrative #13, Delegation of Administrative, Financial, and Personnel Management Authorities. This DOA is 27 years old and very out dated. The position of Director of Headquarters Operations no longer exists and the DOA is listed as a Grants Authority and no grant authority is actually given to anyone, thereby, making this DOA obsolete.

Please discard your binder copies and any file copies of DOA Administrative #13, Delegation of Administrative, Financial, and Personnel Management Authorities, at your earliest convenience.
