NOTICE TO RESCIND INDIAN HEALTH SERVICE DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY,
PROGRAM #1, INDIAN ALCOHOL AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE PREVENTION ACT OF
1986, GRANT RELATED AUTHORITIES
This notice rescinds Indian Health Service (IHS) Delegation of Authority (DOA), Program #1, Indian Alcohol and Substance Abuse Prevention Act of 1986, Grant Related Authorities. The DOA, Program #1, is being removed because the Public Law 99-570, "Indian Alcohol and Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act of 1986" has been superseded by 25 United States Code, Chapter 26, "Indian Alcohol and Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment," and no longer requires a separate DOA.
Please discard your binder copies and any file copies of DOA, Program #1, Indian Alcohol and Substance Abuse Prevention Act of 1986, Grant Related Authorities at your earliest convenience.
