Action Tracking System (ATS)

A primary function of ESS is to ensure effective and efficient coordination of executive correspondence between the OD, HQ Offices, and Area Offices.  The Action Tracking System (ATS) is a secure web-based system accessible on the IHS intranet.  The ESS uses the ATS to manage all executive correspondence for the IHS.  The ATS can be accessed through the IHS Virtual Private Network (VPN).  You must have an IHS web account to access the ATS.  If you do not currently have a web account, please register for one.  If you are not sure if you have a web account, contact the IHS Web Account Administrator.

ESS provides Monthly ATS training: 

  •     Contact ESS@IHS.gov for the calendar invite.
  •     4th Tuesday of every month at 1:30 p.m. EST.
