Grants Management Specialist

DVPI Tribal and urban awardees (“grantees”) who received their funds as “grant funds” have an assigned Grants Management Specialist (GMS) in the IHS Division of Grants Management. The GMS’s provide technical assistance on the management and administration of IHS grants. Technical assistance (TA) provided by the GMS’s includes information and copies of your official Notice of Award (NoA), grant policies and procedures, cost principles, allowable and unallowable costs, direct costs, information on the GrantSolutions system, and information regarding the Payment Management System.
