Grants Management Specialist

DVP Tribal and urban grantees have an assigned Grants Management Specialist (GMS) in the IHS Division of Grants Management. The assigned GMS provides TA on the management and administration of IHS grants. Technical assistance (TA) provided by the GMS includes information and copies of your official Notice of Award (NoA), grant policies and procedures, cost principles, allowable and unallowable costs, direct costs, information on the GrantSolutions system, carryover requests, and information regarding the Payment Management System.
