Audit Information: Other Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Systems

Facilities that use EMR systems other than the IHS Resource Patient Management System (RPMS) may be able to extract data for an electronic Audit. Doing so is a complex process that requires extensive time and resources. Alternatively, these facilities can conduct manual Audits.

Staff at facilities wishing to conduct electronic Audits should:

• Connect with their Area Diabetes Consultant and the IHS Audit Team.
