The IHS Emergency Medical Services Program is taking brief descriptions of EMS highlights from the field. These highlights will be featured in the newsletter and website Best Practices page. If interested, please complete the PDF form [PDF - 365 KB] and submit via email attachment to William Czajkowski.

Please note, any photos showing people that you include with your highlights must be accompanied by a signed photo release for each subject [PDF - 44 KB] before the image can be included on the IHS website.
