  • Logic Changes to National GPRA/GPRAMA Report Measures
    • GPRA Developmental Measures:
      • Added the following new GPRA Developmental measure:
        • Colorectal Cancer Screening – updated age range to 45-75
      • Updated codes and/or logic in the following measures: Access to Dental Service; Cancer Screening: Pap Smear Rates; Substance Use Disorder (SUD) in Women of Childbearing Age; Appropriate Medication Therapy After a Heart Attack; HIV Screening; HIV Quality of Care; Hepatitis C Screening; Chlamydia Testing; Proportion of Days Covered by Medication Therapy; Concurrent Use of Opioids and Benzodiazepines
    • Diabetes: Glycemic Control: Added LOINC code 96595-4 to BGP HGBA1C LOINC CODES taxonomy.

    • Cancer Screening: Pap Smear Rates: (1) Removed ICD-10 procedure codes 0UT94ZL, 0UT97ZL, 0UT98ZL, 0UT9FZL from hysterectomy definition. (2) Added LOINC codes 95539-3, 95538-5, 95537-7, 95536-9, 95535-1, 95534-4, 95533-6, 95532-8 to BGP HPV LOINC CODES taxonomy.
    • Colorectal Cancer Screening: Added HCPCS code G2204 to colonoscopy definition.
    • Alcohol Screening: (1) Added HCPCS codes G2196, G2197 to Alcohol Screening definition. (2) Added HCPCS code G2197 to Positive Screen definition.
    • Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT): (1) Added HCPCS codes G2196, G2197 to Alcohol Screening definition. (2) Added HCPCS code G2200 to BNI/BI definition.
    • Controlling High Blood Pressure - Million Hearts: Updated hypertension definition to be an active problem on the problem list or POV during the Report Period or year prior to the Report Period.
    • Statin Therapy for the Prevention and Treatment of Cardiovascular Disease: (1) Added LOINC codes 96258-9, 96259-7, 96597-0 to BGP LDL LOINC CODES taxonomy. (2) Updated medication taxonomy BGP PQA STATIN MEDS.
    • HIV Screening: Added LOINC codes 95524-5, 95523-7, 96556-6, 96557-4, 96273-8 to BGP HIV TEST LOINC CODES taxonomy.
