Mission

The Desert Sage Youth Wellness Center is a substance use disorder treatment center for American Indian/Alaska Native youth, ages of 12-17, that provides culturally-centered, individualized, evidenced-based substance use disorder and behavioral health services.

 

Vision

The Desert Sage Youth Wellness Center provides a mental and spiritual health environment to meet the needs of the native communities served.
