Our facility is moving into another building or adding a new health facility. What do we need to do to move or order new circuits?

Call the Telecommunications Liaison in our office (916) 930-3981 x330 to help you coordinate the move of your circuit from the old building to the new one or to order a new circuit. Please keep in mind that Verizon's Service Level Agreement (SLA) for standard circuit orders take approximately 41 business days to complete.
