National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA)
Environmental review documents (Environmental Assessments) that the public are entitled by law to review and comment on. The documents contain information about proposed projects, any reasonable alternatives to the proposed project, the existing environment and the results of environmental analysis on physical, historic and socioeconomic resources that might be affected by the proposed project as well as mitigation measures to reduce any significant impacts. Any confidential analysis of historic properties is not included in the documents made available for public review and comment.
