BACKGROUND
The purpose of this Transmittal Notice (TN) is to forward a copy of the revised Delegation of Authority (DOA), Administrative #7, "Authority to Enter into Contracts with Fiscal Agents." This DOA is being reissued to reflect the changes in the executive staff. The position of Deputy Director for Indian Health Policy no longer exists, and the titles of other key positions have changed.

Log and file this TN in sequential order.
