BACKGROUND
The purpose of this Transmittal Notice (TN) is to forward a copy of the revised Delegation of Authority (DOA), Administrative #49, "Public Law 93-638, Leasing." This DOA complies with the Assistant Secretary for Health memorandum dated July 17, 1996, "Delegation of Authority for Indian Self Determination and Education Assistance Act," Public Law 93 638, as amended.

MATERIAL SUPERSEDED
This delegation supersedes the previous DOA located in the Indian Health Manual, Administrative Delegation #49, "Public Law 93-638, Leasing," dated May 27, 2010.
MANUAL MAINTENANCE
Remove Administrative Delegation #49, "Public Law 93-638, Leasing," dated May 27, 2010 and insert the attached copy of the new DOA, Administrative #49, "Public Law 93-638, Leasing," in its place.
Log and file this TN in sequential order.
