The purpose of this Transmittal Notice (TN) is to forward a copy of the revised Delegation of Authority (DOA), Administrative #9, "Denial of Contract Health Services.? This DOA is being reissued to reflect the changes resulting from the 2004 Indian Health Service (IHS) Headquarters reorganization.
