BACKGROUND:
The purpose of this Transmittal Notice (TN) is to forward a copy of the revised Delegation of Authority (DOA), Commissioned Corps #5, "Public Health Service (PHS) Commissioned Corps Officers Recognition Program." This DOA is being reissued to reflect the changes resulting from the 2004 Indian Health Service Headquarters reorganization.

Insert the attached copy of the revised DOA, Commissioned Corps #5, "PHS Commissioned Corps Officers Recognition Program," TN 2007-06, in its place.
Log and file this TN in sequential order.
