Transmittal Notice 85-09

BACKGROUND

This transmittal forwards the newly revised Chapter 11, Part 3, on Environmental Health.  The chapter incorporates a description of the environmental health staff and program activities, and defines the criteria upon which the total environmental health program can be planned, implemented and evaluated.  In addition, the chapter includes a listing of available references and procedural documents for assisting Area and Field staff in carrying out program activities.
