BACKGROUND
This transmittal forwards a change to the Indian Health Manual Part 1, Chapter 5, Delegations of Authority - Exhibit 1-5.2F-3 - Subject: To Approve Requests to engage in Outside Activity and to Review Statements of Employment and Financial Interests.
This change to the delegation is being made to include delegated authority to the Deputy Director and Associate Director along with the Director, Indian Health Service.
